About

Smuggler's Return happens in Miami, around the year 2000, Miami Vice days. It tells the story of two former pot smugglers trying to fit into a world that has changed since the dope-running days of 1980. Johnny Fallon has come to town, looking to get back a half million $cash from his former lawyer. Two rogue federal agents are handling his witness protection program, and using him to rip-off Colombian narcotrafficantes who thought they had retired safely.  His old friend Rooster is shocked to be brought into the scheme and ends up fighting for his life as the two are drawn into conflict. Set in a Miami just getting started as the celebrity capital of the world, the two men and their struggles are featured against a background of sex, money, image, and danger. There's even technology's answer to Erectile Dysfunction, the DooMee Device, a hot product Rooster is reluctant but obliged to sell. And love: the women of Smuggler's Return are well-defined characters who give as well as they take. Their influence on the two battling men steers the story to its dynamic conclusion.
